CAREGIVER I (C1):

  1. Reports to work on-time.
  2. Knows and abides by company policy and procedure.
  3. Has a working knowledge of resident service plans.
  4. Communicates professionally and effectively.
  5. Demonstrates the social skills necessary to work as an effective team member.
  6. Has no more than one unexcused absence per month.
  7. Shows flexibility with work schedule.
  8. Is directly responsible to the caregiver III assigned to the team.
  9. Completes all routine duties and duties assigned by the caregiver III of the team.
  10. May not dispense medications, unless delegated or assigned to do so by the RN.
  11. May not give information to outside agencies or agents without clearing the information with the administrator or caregiver III.

OR

CAREGIVER II (C2):

  1. Demonstrates all of the characteristics of a caregiver I.
  2. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with outside agents and agencies.
  3. Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize their shift.
  4. In the absence of the caregiver III, will be responsible for:
  5. The appropriate and accurate completion of all medical records.
  6. Organizing and assigning duties of their shift.
  7. The completion of housekeeping duties of their shift.
  8. Stocking the supplies needed to perform duties.
  9. The wellbeing of all the residents in their house.
  10. Demonstrates a willingness and ability to be on-call for shift deficits.
  11. Is directly responsible to the shift supervisor.
  12. Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  13. Demonstrates the ability to represent company in a professional manner.
  14. Demonstrates effective leadership.
  15. Demonstrates a working knowledge of and complies with all company policy and procedure.
  16. Performs duties of caregiver III in their absence.

OR

CAREGIVER III (C3):

  1. Demonstrates all of the characteristics of a caregiver II.
  2. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with outside agents and agencies.
  3. Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize their shift.
  4. Will be responsible for:
  5. The appropriate and accurate completion of all medical records.
  6. Organizing and assigning duties of their shift.
  7. The completion of housekeeping duties of their shift.
  8. Stocking the supplies needed to perform duties.
  9. The wellbeing of all the residents in their house.
  10. Demonstrates a willingness and ability to be on-call for shift deficits.
  11. Is directly responsible to the facility administrator.
  12. Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  13. Demonstrates the ability to represent company in a professional manner.
  14. Demonstrates effective leadership.
  15. Trains caregiver I's and II's.
  16. Demonstrates a working knowledge of and complies with all company policy and procedure.

Job TitleCaregivers I - III

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum (18) years of age
  • First Aid & CPR certifications within 30 days of hire
  • Pass drug testing & background check
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification

Job Status: Full-Time

Hours: 32 Hours Per Week.

WageDepending on Experience, Depending on Qualifications
